Senior Accountant (m/f/d) (reference CO.BZ)

To strengthen our accounting team at the Bolzano office, we are looking for an experienced and reliable senior accountant with a proven background in accounting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Full accounting responsibility for the management of an assigned client portfolio
Preparation and timely submission of various tax returns (e.g., INTRASTAT, LIPE, CU, F24) and management of deadlines
Preparation of periodic reports and assistance with annual financial statement preparation
Interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues from the tax advisory teams
Support and mentorship to junior accountants, assisting with their professional development

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma and/or university degree in economics/business
Professional experience in accounting (preferably in an accounting firm)
Excellent knowledge of financial accounting and tax compliance
Proficiency in using all MS Office programs (especially MS Excel)
Excellent written and spoken knowledge of German and Italian (knowledge of English is a plus)
Accuracy and precision in work methods and the ability to work effectively within a team

Develop and implement an integrated communication concept, including social media, internal and external communication as well as event communication
Create and foster a comprehensive communication culture and strategy that drives meaningful results
Contribute to the planning and implementation of employer branding projects
Manage ongoing internal and external communication
Implement innovative communication formats, such as podcasts, webinars, video content and online events
Edit and manage corporate publications (corporate publishing)
Plan, organize, and oversee internal and external events and meetings, including coordinating team-building activities

YOUR PROFILE

Passion for communication in all its forms
Excellent German and Italian language skills, good command of English
Professional experience in corporate communication, social media, or public relations
Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, and a solution-driven and results-oriented mindset
